Classes

We offer classes for every level, and each class is small enough so everyone can get the individual attention they need. Please show up 10-15 minutes early so our trainers can get you signed into class and give you a few personalized pointers.

This is an all levels class lead by one of our experienced coaches. CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All our workouts (WODs) are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.

Open Gym

9am - 10am

Here is your chance to work on those weaknesses or make up a workout you missed during the week. Although, there is not a coach leading a class, a coach is available to offer-up pointers or answer any questions you may have. 

Kids Crossfit

CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun! Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. Our program is great for Kids between the ages of 5 & 13 and gives them an opportunity to be physically fit and physically active throughout their early lives.

Yoga

We offer various yoga programs throughout the year to teach you ways to keep your mobility and joint health in check. Private Yoga session with Coach Dana are also available upon request.
